职位描述Diploma / Degree holder Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in leasing of dosmetic commercial properties Familiar with current commerical and retail market conditions Dynamic personality with strong leadership skills Well-organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficiency in computer skills (MS office and Chinese word processing)
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of leasing professionals to oversee and manage the leasing operation of the Group, including and not limited to sales and marketing, leasing administration and operation
- Develop holistic leasing strategy to maximize the occupancy rate and returns for the Group's investment portfolio eith optimum tenant mix
- Provide support to the leasing team on sales action plan, service quality and operational efficiency
- Strengthen and maintain tenant relationship by providing high quality services
- Negotiate lease terms with prospects and existing tenants, and review relevant tenancy agreement and leasing related documents
- Monitor tenant business performance and coordinate marketing activities jointly with marketing team and operations team
- Enhance and maintain strong business netowork in the relevant business communities, property agencies and business partners
- Coordiinate with other departments and relevant parties on tenant layout planning, fitting-out approval and fitting-out / consturction works
