Job requirements :

  • Degree Holder or above, preferably in Arts Administration,
  • At least 5 years Full-Time working experience with at least 3 years of Full Time working experience of programme management and / or Venue management in performance arts venue, museums or international conference and exhibition centres in Hong Kong, with knowledge in building management, performing venue and stage operation would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS-Office and Chinese Word-processing
  • Be able to read and write Chinese and English and Fluent in Cantonese

Responsibilities :

  • To act as a Subject Officer for all events to be held at the hiring facilities
  • To act as a Subject Officer and liaise with hirers who are in provision of related services
  • To co-ordinate with backstage team in provision of professional stage services to all hires’ events and functions
  • To act as Duty Manager monitoring the smooth venue operation
  • To manage the Front-of-House team during programmes to ensure proper running of all hirer’s events and functions
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
