The Job

  • Client : A Listed Engineering Group
  • Position : (Senior) Administration Officer - Facilities Management
  • Responsibilities : Assist the Manager in facilities management for the office and building premises :

Liaise between tenants, landlord and contractors for planned maintenance.

  • Hande in-house security matters including access right & card registration, CCTV.
  • Monitoring the service performance of contractors (security & housekeeping, etc)
  • Assist in procurement and tendering
  • 23-33K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
  • Requirements

  • Tertiary educated preferably in Property (Facilities) Management / Business Administration
  • 3-8 years experience in property / facilities management gained with sizable companies
  • Good experience in :
  • Handling tender and managing vendors

  • Property security (CCTV, access control, security guard patrol)
  • Property cleaning
  • Relevant experience in renovation / relocation project would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of Chinese, English
