职位描述

職位要求：

  • 中五以上程度，6年或以上保安經驗; 當中3年擔任主任級職位
  • 具2年以上管理督導經驗及行政經驗
  • 持有效保安人員許可證及保安課程證書
  • 持有效駕駛執照及經驗，具顧客服務經驗優先
  • 具良好中文／英文書寫能力，操流利粵語，良好英語應對

崗位職責：

  • 監察下屬的工作表現及紀律，確保合符公司政策及規條
  • 定期巡視屬區的工作崗位與客戶保持緊密聯繫，確保公司提供的服務合符客戶需求
  • 為屬區各保安人員提供在職培訓，確保員工質素達致專業水平
  • 安排屬區各保安人員的休假，整合各工作崗位的輪班編排表
  • 繕寫屬區各執勤人員的報告及評核表，向上級提交解僱／離職員工報告
  • 向屬區各執勤人員傳達及解釋公司的各項政策及規條
  • 與客戶保持良好及緊密工作關係; 處理客戶查問及監察部門運作情況
  • 執行公司指派之其他工作，以監管服務質量等
