What you'll do

• Provide the full spectrum of corporate secretarial services, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws pertaining to private limited companies in Hong Kong.

• Coordinate, monitor, and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met within the required timelines.

• Assist with statutory filings, including documentation, for the Companies Registry.

• Maintain statutory registers and other relevant forms as required by the Companies Registry and the Inland Revenue Department.

• Liaise with clients, other professional advisors, and various government authorities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Tasks

• Incorporation of a private limited company in Hong Kong.

• Managing officer changes (appointment, resignation, removal, and change in particulars).

• Share structure changes (transfer of shares and allotment of new shares).

• Handling annual filing and business registration renewal.

• Preparing Director and Member resolutions based on requirements.

• De-registration.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience gained in a professional firm (CPA/Law firm).

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Executive position.

• Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and familiarity with the Companies Ordinance and regulatory rules.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Cantonese is preferred.

• Student member of HKCGI is a plus.
