We are seeking a proficient and experienced  Corporate Secretary Executive (HK)  to join our esteemed organization.

What you'll do :

⭐ Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory documents.

⭐ Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records.

⭐ Respond promptly and effectively to client queries, providing outstanding customer service

⭐ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

⭐ Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices experience.

Who you are :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

✅ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

✅ Knowledge of company secretarial practices and regulations is a plus.
