The Growth Tool Platform is an intelligent system responsible for supporting the entire user lifecycle growth platform for tens of millions of users. By joining us, you will drive sustainable growth in the fintech business through product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intelligent Platform Development : Participate in the product development of the marketing automation engine and CRM system, building end-to-end intelligent tools covering the entire journey from customer acquisition to service.
  • Data-Driven Operations : Identify growth opportunities and drive continuous product optimization through user behavior analysis.
  • Business Enablement Enhancement : Provide financial advisors with intelligent workflow tools and design a tiered customer service system to improve business efficiency.
  • Innovative Technology Application : Explore the application of AI in financial scenarios, including innovative functions such as intelligent and personalized recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, possessing excellent learning ability and logical thinking skills.
  • Strong sensitivity to data, adept at identifying issues through analysis and driving solutions.
  • Innovative mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
  • Product internship experience or technical background is a plus.
  • Keen interest in the fintech field is a plus.
  • Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
  • Fluent in both English & Chinese.
