The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, handling guest enquiries and complaints, including complaints, through Ocean Park hotlines, emails and service counters, preparing all kinds of reports, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department.

Salary : $75 / hour

工作要求

HKDSE or above

With working experience in hospitality industry or guest-oriented jobs is an advantage

Pleasant, courteous with friendly manner

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
