  • Act as the primary operations contact for our Portfolio Managers, addressing trade-related requests and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Oversee trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement, proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Handle broker account opening, setup, and trade mapping, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage and coordinate with PM’s requests, working with internal teams (trading, compliance, risk, technology) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, custodians, and service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Optimize operational workflows, drive automation, and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support PMs' decision-making.
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with internal policies.

    • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in operations, trade support, or sales assistance within capital markets.
    • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and settlement across asset classes.
    • Experience working closely with Portfolio Managers or sales teams, understanding their needs and operational workflows.
    • Hands-on experience with broker account opening, setup, and trade mapping.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, MiFID, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Python or automation tools preferred.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in both English and Chinese
