Position Summary :

On behalf of our client we are looking for a decisive and authoritative Site Agent to serve as the full-time on-site leader for a major Hong Kong waterworks project. This role is the clients primary point of contact on the ground empowered to receive and execute all instructions from the Service Manager. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive NEC experience and a proven background in water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full-time day-to-day management and supervision of all on-site construction activities.
• Receive and execute instructions directly from the clients Service Manager with full authority to act on behalf of our client on site.
• Ensure all site works comply with the projects Scope Particular Specifications and all safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate site labour subcontractors and materials to meet project schedules.
• Chair site meetings maintain detailed records and provide regular progress reports.
