Fresh Grad Hire - Product Manager (Virtual Bank)

The team is responsible for Airstar Bank's business, covering everything from the bank's frontend customer-facing capabilities to back-end system construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the financial product capabilities of Tianxing Bank, including capabilities in areas such as account opening, transfer, bank card, investment and wealth management, etc.;
• Build the client and desktop products of Tianxing Bank and be responsible for customer experience;
• Construction of the banking back-office system, targeting internal business colleagues, to improve the accuracy and efficiency of business processing;
• Collect requirements from system users, promote the implementation of requirements, and continuously follow up on relevant data performance and user feedback.
• Pay attention to banking business operation data and contribute your own ideas to business growth.
