Requirement Analysis & Translation : Participate in product requirement discussions and user research, translating user needs into clear interactive logic and workflow designs.
Interactive Prototype Design : Develop interaction solutions based on requirement objectives and experience design principles, supported by design rationale to demonstrate solution feasibility and end-to-end experience closure.
User Experience Optimization : Engage in user testing and feedback collection, analyze data (e.g., user behavior paths), and continuously refine product interaction details to enhance user satisfaction.
Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with product, development, visual design, and user research teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency, driving efficient project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or related fields. Overseas education background is preferred.
Proficient in English and Chinese as a working language, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues. Proficiency in Cantonese or Japanese is preferred.
Skilled in Figma for prototyping. Knowledge of motion design is a plus.
Familiarity with internet user experience design theories, demonstrated through coursework or internship projects.
Interest in securities investment; practical trading experience or financial certifications are preferred.
Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
