- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and business support to General Manager
- Gather sales data from various departments and prepare business report and powerpoint presentation as per GM's requirement
- Handle all around office administration functions including but not limited to equipment and machine maintenance, office supplies procurement, printing, telecom & broadband services, courier services, airlines & hotels, florist shop, corporate gift supplier, limousine company, renovation and other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements;
- Organize and coordinate company internal events and external functions
- Handle ad hoc duty as required
What we're looking for
Higher Diploma or aboveExcellent in both spoken and written EnglishMinimum 3 years solid experience in serving senior management in sizable companiesSelf-driven, responsible and responsive, flexible and ability to handle multiple tasksCheerful, details oriented and good communication skillsProficient in MS Office applications with Chinese word processing
