We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to :

• Assist in clients portfolio management analysis including asset allocation investment manager selection fund performance risk and attribution analysis leveraging Mercers proprietary analytics tools internal databases and third party resources.
• Support the full cycle client projects through independent research data analysis applying relevant methodologies drafting written reports preparing proposals and attending client meetings.
• Contribute to projects through effective management of tasks and directly lead some smaller client deliverables.
• Prepare marketing materials and assist in researching complex inquiries. Support business development initiatives and proposals.
• Initiate and lead implementation of ideas that will improve the efficiency accuracy controls in relation to assigned work or projects.
