WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING : Manage all-round general office administrative works such as office supplies, repairs and maintenance, office renovation and relocation Maintain accurate office record and filing system Deliver professional administrative function to the company Closely manage day to day activities including calendar management, business appointments Provide clerical, administrative and logistics support Assist in organizing company events and ad hoc projects Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : Degree holder prefer, tertiary educated with experience will be considered Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin 1-3 years' relevant experience, fresh graduates also welcome Proficiency in using MS Office suite (including Powerpoint, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing Well- organized, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure Good interpersonal skills in working with people at different levels Powered by JazzHR
