Job Description

Branch Manager

Responsibilities

  • Implement business plans to achieve preset sales targets and objectives.
  • Generate new business for the branch.
  • Manage branch resources, particularly with regard tothe provision of quality customer service.
  • Ensure branch operations are in compliance withthe Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • University graduate preferred with minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Pass in the insurance intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) will be an advantage.
  • Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper1, 7, 8 or equivalent) will be an advantage.
  • Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage.
  • HKID Certified Banker will be an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations, and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, sales and management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
