Qualifications / Person Specification

We are seeking a mid-senior banking & finance lawyer to join our Finance team. The ideal level of experience we are looking for is 4-6PQE. Candidates with general banking and finance experience from an international law firm will be considered, and anyone who has leveraged and acquisition finance exposure would be of great interest. Fluent Mandarin Chinese language skills are needed.
