About company :

Our client is an MNC leading international telecommunications company.

They are now seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join their team in Quarry bay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assist some procurement duties to the company.

Job Title : Admin Officer

Responsibilities :

  • 60% Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents etc
  • 40% Assistant in the procurement process, including communicate and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services

Qualifications :

  • Higher diploma or above in any subject.
  • 2-3 years of related admin experience is an advantage . (Fresh graduate or unrelated working experience but willing to learn and have a stable working history is also acceptable.)
  • Good organization and time-management, problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good command in English and Native Cantonese is required.

    • Benefits : ・5-day work week

    ・Working hours : Monday to Friday (09 : 00-17 : 15)

    ・Medical support : ・Bonus

    ・Double pay

    Location : Quarry bay

    Salary : up to 18K
