Job Description

  • Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate day-to-day workflow.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of internal data through regular quality audits and validation procedures.
  • Support the systematic collection and monitoring of external market and competitor data to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data management processes for our competitive intelligence function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. Undergraduates are also welcome.
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced skills in Excel (, PivotTables, advanced formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for problem solving, coupled with a critical eye for potential inaccuracies in AI-generated output.
  • Preferred : Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Apps Script).
  • Preferred : Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Looker Studio.
  • Preferred : Basic knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and automation.
