Role Overview

Our Client is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate / Executive to drive customer acquisition and nurture lasting relationships. Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Growth : Proactively identify, pursue, and onboard new customers using strategic outreach, including cold calling, networking , and leveraging digital marketing channels.
  • Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships , focusing on understanding their trading goals and delivering exceptional, personalized service .
  • Market Analysis & Insight : Follow and analyze global financial markets (FX, commodities, indices) to provide customers with timely market updates, insights, and potential trading ideas.
  • Business Development : Actively generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base by effectively promoting the firm's suite of leveraged FX and bullion trading products and services.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Market Engagement : Represent the company at seminars, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads.
  • Pipeline Management : Diligently manage and update the sales pipeline using the company's CRM system for accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Digital Contribution : Participate in video content creation for social media and other marketing initiatives, contributing to the firm's digital presence.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in finance are highly welcome.
  • Prior sales experience in FX, bullion, or financial services is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Holding an SFC Type 3 (Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading) license is preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain it promptly upon joining (company support provided).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English (fluency in both is required).
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical mind with a keen attention to detail.
