The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture, and entertainment. If you are passionate about arts and culture and looking for an internship experience, join the West Kowloon Graduate Internship Programme to learn about and explore one of the most important cultural projects in Hong Kong.

A unique opportunity for graduates interested in developing a career in the arts and culture industry. Interns will work closely with professional staff in the authority. The internship period runs until 31 March 2026.

You will be responsible for :

assisting the team to coordinate with various partners internally and externally for the execution of projects and tasks;
assisting the team to organize and execute of technical projects;
assisting the team to conduct research of current market and industry practices, and facilitate the fulfilment of users’ requirements of venues installation;
providing clerical support for documentation, filing, and presentation materials; and
performing any other ad hoc job duties as assigned by the supervisor.

You should :

be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise;

possess a recognised university degree or equivalent;

preferably possess 1-3 year(s) of relevant postgraduate work experience; fresh graduate is welcomed;

have strong interest in building profession in the art and culture sector;

have good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage; and

be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office.
