职位描述Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Engineering, Business or similar Preferably, have working experience in market activities : Front Office, Operations (Middle and Back Office), Risk controls Knowledgeable in programming skills ( VBA, Python, etc.) Knowledge of investment banking and financial products including derivatives and of related rules and regulations Good analytical skills, at ease with data Good communication, presentation and report writing skills Positive attitude and able to work with all levels of staff Creativity in doing audit ( Identifying the key risk, designing smart controls, etc.) Fluent English is mandatory, fluent Mandarin / Cantonese preferred Team Spirit - Synergies : I make cooperation with colleagues in and outside my team a priority Team Spirit - Open mindset : I listen and share my views and my expertise in an open mode Innovation - Thinking out of the box / Creativity : I propose new ideas and solutions Responsibility - Accountability : I make decisions in my scope of responsibilities Responsibility - Performance : I strive for high performance Responsibility - Risk awareness : I am constantly on the lookout for risks

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Understand the business thoroughly, across its different business lines and locations
- Use data analytics technique for some investigation works
- Contribute to develop new tools and processes to increase audit capacity and efficiency
- Monitor continuously its evolution thanks to regular interaction with business partner
- Report audit findings / reviews to management, recommending appropriate and practical actions to address any issues identified
- Participate to the knowledge sharing initiatives amongst the market activities auditors' team worldwide

The Trainee role is a full time 24-month contract with Societe Generale where you will have access to a diverse range of training materials to help you succeed, covering various aspects of businesses, including but not limited to technical skills, leadership development, communication skills, client service and relationship management. To be eligible, please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full time for the duration of Trainee contract.
Profile required
Through this traineeship, the candidate will acquire solid business knowledge around global markets activities and the various functions in an investment bank, and obtain strong experience on audit work, data analytics and coding.
