职位描述Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies 4 years of relevant working experience in building projects Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills Proficient in Chinese and English Candidates with sound knowledge and solid experience in China's construction industry will be highly preferable Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the projects assigned
- Assist in preparing of the bills of quantities for works
- Assist in preparing and handing in main contract payment applications
- Assist in preparing assessments of subcontractor contract payments and quotations
- Other responsibilities as directed by seniors of the Contracts Department
