Legal Consultant - Margin Financing

We are currently on the lookout for a Legal Consultant with margin financing / margin loans experience to join our ranks to support our global financial service clients :

Requirements :

• Qualified lawyer with 3–10 (+) years of PQE with relevant experience in margin loans and equity financing / derivatives
• Familiarity with APLMA documentation and structured equity products is an asset
