Marketing Manager, Inventive

How you will contribute

• Market Insights: Search market research databases/food industry reports to provide details of new product launches/price points by customers and competitors in the categories of interest (Dairy, Beverage, Confectionary)
• Market Trends: Consolidate data from reports to get market trends for customer presentations
• Innovation/Concept Days with Customers: Marketing presentation support with details on trends and product launches from around the world for Innovation/Concept Days with Customers
• Concept Cards: Support C&A team in creating concept cards with photos of Inventive products
• New Win Showcase/ Paper Concept Creation: Monthly sharing of win reports/new concept cards with both IFF account managers or directly with customers
• Marketing Material following brand guidelines: Content for Showpad, posters, brochures, updated presentation material (with IFF Panoptic) for Inventive
• Innovation Ideation: Help generate new ideas to fuel innovation pipeline of Inventive through market insights – identify new product ideas Inventive should focus on
• Support Growth Initiatives Campaigns/Product Trainings: Support sales and consumer marketing teams in execution of Growth Initiative campaigns and product trainings
• Coordinating and collaborating with sales (BDMs) and creation & design to drive high priority customer projects
• Support in strategizing, conceptualizing and executing Inventive’s participation in trade shows like FIA

Job Requirements

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Marketing, Business Management majoring in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
• 8-10 years of experience with 3-4 years in marketing
• Understanding of collecting data from secondary reports and creating powerpoint presentations
• Should have worked in marketing communication
• Should have understanding of research and data
• Strong presentation and marketing skills, ability to work with cross-functional team within the organization, familiar with senior management reporting.
• Excellent Communication Skills and Chinese, English speaking skills
• Experience of creating marketing collaterals
• Experience in coordinating with marketing agencies for creating marketing collateral
• Passion for thinking of new and innovative ways of marketing in B2B environment
• Opportunity and results orientation with a can-do attitude; Willing to travel
• Proficient in Microsoft office e.g.: Office, Access, Excel or PowerPoint.
