Description :

Preparing dishes; Supervising the kitchens operation; Overseeing purchase of dried goods and fresh products; Planning menus and designing dishes / recipes; Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredients inventory; Monitoring food quality and hygiene; Arranging staff deployment and training; Supervising No. 2 Cook.

Requirement :

Secondary 5; 5 years of relevant work experience.
