Officer (Property Management) (P3-OFFICERP-THTY)

职位描述Manage and coordinate handover of units, follow up the site defect rectification works; Monitor the performance of contractors to provide security, cleansing and maintenance services; Follow up tenancy issues, and ensure compliance with Tenancy Agreement; Prepare tender and quotation documents for repair and maintenance works; Handle complaints and enquiries from tenants; Perform other ad-hoc assignment.

- Higher Diploma in Housing Management, Facility Management or related discipline;
- Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance and related ordinances;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Property / Facility Management;
- PMP (Tier 2) is preferred;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Hands-on experience in MS Office.
Job Duties :
Working Hours : 44 hours per week and on shift (non-overnight).Working Location : Tseung Kwan ORegular staff can entitle benefits include annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, sick leave, compassion leave, family leave, medical insurance, personal accident insurance, medical service discounts, MPF employer voluntary contribution up to 10%.When necessary, prospective employee will be requested to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC).
