Store Manager / Supervisor

Description :

The roles are mainly responsible to manage the daily store operation as well as ensure the service level to high-end customers to maximize the sales performance. Apart from this, develop KPIs for individual store sales and formulate various strategies to gain overal store performance are also major tasks of the roles.

Requirement : :

• Diploma or above
• 4+ years Luxury Retail experience in which 2 years at a supervisory level
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Stable and mature, with good leadership and communication skills
