Responsibilities
Drive procurement activities and sourcing related to pipeline and fittings
Assist in formulating purchasing plan to control the material and storage cost
Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, product quality, inventory control and cost management
Cooperate and coordinate closely with the central factory, warehouse and shops on product quality and order
Develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers
Assist in maintaining stock management and ordering system
Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 3-5 years of solid purchasing experience gained from building material firms or sizable firms
Proven contract management, logistics and supplier experience
Able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Manager
