职位描述DSE / Form 5 or above At least 3-5 years of solid purchasing experience gained from building material firms or sizable firms Proven contract management, logistics and supplier experience Able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities
- Drive procurement activities and sourcing related to pipeline and fittings
- Assist in formulating purchasing plan to control the material and storage cost
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, product quality, inventory control and cost management
- Cooperate and coordinate closely with the central factory, warehouse and shops on product quality and order
- Develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers
- Assist in maintaining stock management and ordering system
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
