Our client is a leading Japanese retail brand offering a wide range of apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories. They are seeking a Japanese-speaking Business Support Officer to manage logistics, inventory, procurement, and support data reporting and cross-border coordination

Key Responsibilities

1. International & Domestic Logistics

  • Coordinate logistics operations (import / export, domestic delivery, warehouse management)

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory across stores and HQ; manage product lifecycle and quality checks

    • 3. Store Supplies Procurement

  • Procure store equipment and supplies; liaise with vendors for cost-effective solutions; handle maintenance and troubleshooting

    • 4. Interpretation & Translation

  • Provide Japanese-English / Cantonese interpretation and translation support to Japan HQ and suppliers

    • 5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales and stock data; prepare reports to guide store operations and promotions

    • 6. Ad-hoc Support

  • Support urgent projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and develop proposals

    • Requirements

  • Native Cantonese with high proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English
  • Must be familiar with Inventory management, analysis, tax declaration, and Customs Clearance
  • Strong interpretation / translation skills (Japanese to English / Cantonese)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility and cross-department coordination experience

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
  • Background in retail or multi-store operations
