Part Time Administration Assistant
Responsibilities :
Provide routine clerical and administration support.
Carry out reception duty, including handling phone inquiries, organize internal mails.
Assist with the ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Form 5 / DSE or above with at 2 years relevant working experience.
Proficient computer skill including MS Office, internet and familiarity with various mobile apps.
Good command of both Chinese and English, written and verbal.
High level of sense of responsibility and detail-minded.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
