Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between business and IT. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery. Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions based on industry best practices.

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will :
- Advise development teams on best practices and strategic direction for FX platform solutions.
- Champion effective communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Provide insights based on past experiences to guide decision-making processes, highlighting both successful and unsuccessful initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring that business needs are accurately represented and addressed.
