Responsibilities
- Monitoring high-volume live trading and portfolio risk
- Contributing to the automated trading operations codebase
- Managing ongoing projects with various Tower support teams
- Coordinating software and hardware upgrades
- Applying programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations
- Resolving discrepancies with trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline3+ years of professional experience in a related fieldStrong software development skills in PythonWorking knowledge of Linux operating systemExceptional analytical abilities, strong communications skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisionsStrong working knowledge of PNL and Risk reporting applicationsFamiliarity with current market structure and regulatory developmentsAbility to comprehend and diagnose problems in complex real-time systems with minimal guidanceCapacity to work equally well independently and as a member of a teamStrong understanding of trading technology and fluency in technical conceptsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving abilitiesBenefits
