Responsibilities :
- Handle Customer Service hotline and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in collecting, handling and following up on customer feedback with related parties
- Provide clerical and administration support to the team
- Assist ad-hoc duties / projects when required
Requirements :
Tertiary education or aboveAround 2-3 years relevant experience in Customer ServiceGood interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, patient and positiveAble to work independently and under pressurePC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese ProcessingGood command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin)Immediately available is highly preferableInterested parties please apply with your full resume via
