Quant / RAD Developer

In this role, you will work closely with the trading analyst team, focusing on building research tools, automating workflows, and developing data-driven applications to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust analytical tools and internal applications for the trading analyst team.

Automate data workflows, research pipelines, and reporting processes.

Design, test, and deploy Python-based tools to support market data analysis

and trade performance evaluation.

Requirements

Experience with data visualization, automation, or research tool development.

Solid understanding of Linux, Git, and modern software engineering practices.

Familiarity with market data, order books, or trading systems preferred.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Experience with C++ or Java.

Background in finance, quantitative research, or data engineering.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, or other cloud-based systems.
