The Opportunity

We are looking for a Design Co-ordinator to support our Design Team.

This role will ensure artwork files are prepared to a high standard, liaise with factories, and provide essential support across packaging, compliance, and artwork management.

In this role, you will :

• Check artwork files and images to ensure accuracy (cutters, layout, barcodes, alignment, warnings).
• Submit print files and artwork to factories, ensuring specifications are met.
• Liaise with factories to track proofs and ensure amends are completed correctly and on time.
• Approve artwork proofs and check pre-production samples, raising issues where needed.
• Work with the compliance team to ensure correct warnings and copy are displayed on products and packaging.
• Support the design team with amendments to artwork, cutter guides, and templates.
• Help manage artwork templates, file structures, symbol libraries, and packaging guides.
• Provide ad hoc design team support as required.
