We support you in your search for suitable specialist personnel and find the right solution for the very individual requirements of small, medium-sized and large companies.

The Role

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Effectively manage clients from mainland China and Taiwan
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market research
  • Provide insights to enhance our competitive position.

Ideal Profile

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Fluent in English (B2 level and higher)
  • Proven Portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network
  • Exeperience in managing client portfolio including clients from mainland China and Taiwan
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
