Key Responsibilities
Follow up projects, with clients, suppliers, contractors, designers
Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately
Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely
Report project status to management and related parties
Check quotations, timeline and prepare analysis
Handle full set of drawings and presentation
Provide technical solutions to projects
Site visit and follow up the progress of projects
Requirements
Key Requirements
Must-have
A minimum of 4 years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects with commercial projects experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Good-to-have
Working experience in retail projects of luxury brands
Proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp will be an advantage
Knowledge of quantity surveying in interior projects is an advantage
A good team player with positive and proactive attitude
Self-motivated, well organized and hardworking
Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
Note :

Portfolio will be an advantage
Candidate with more experience leading luxury retail projects would be considered for the position of Project Manager.
