  • Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up projects, with clients, suppliers, contractors, designers
  • Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately
  • Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely
  • Report project status to management and related parties
  • Check quotations, timeline and prepare analysis
  • Handle full set of drawings and presentation
  • Provide technical solutions to projects
  • Site visit and follow up the progress of projects
  • Requirements

    • Key Requirements
    • Must-have

    • A minimum of 4 years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects with commercial projects experience
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD
    • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
    • Good-to-have

    • Working experience in retail projects of luxury brands
    • Proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of quantity surveying in interior projects is an advantage
    • A good team player with positive and proactive attitude
    • Self-motivated, well organized and hardworking
    • Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
    • Note :

    • Please provide project reference
    • Portfolio will be an advantage
    • Candidate with more experience leading luxury retail projects would be considered for the position of Project Manager.
