Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and provide ongoing support for in-house and external applications and configurations.
  • Offer production support and resolve system-related issues.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and understand business and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including external vendors, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functionality aligns with user requirements.
  • Ensure implemented solutions comply with security controls and infrastructure requirements.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot is an advantage.
  • Expertise in SQL, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and SSRS.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as JBOSS and OFS / XML.
  • Basic knowledge of Core Banking, AML, Murex, SWIFT, RTGS, and HKMA reporting.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to embrace change.
  • Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
