We are currently seeking a high-caliber talent to join our CS team as a Relationship Manager .
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound customer inquiries, and resolve client issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with sales team on potential business opportunities
- Manage product inquires and enrollments from the Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform
- Handle after-sales services, such as policy confirmation calls, and up- / cross-selling of other products
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, assist in sales processing and follow-up
- Support occasional face-to-face (F2F) sales, administration, and events as per business needs
- Execute ad-hoc engagement projects when required, such as roadshows and retention programs
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties
Work Hours & Location :
Shift duty from Monday to Friday (9 : 00am – 7 : 00pm), 5 days and 40 hours per weekWilling to occasionally work on weekends and public holidays as per business needsMei Foo (near MTR station)Requirements :
HKCEE / DSE graduate or above with at least 2 years’ experience in insurance customer service or as a tied agentSales or insurance CS background and / or passion in further development in sales / relationship management is preferredPassed in IIQE I, II & III is a mustKnowledge in CRM systemsProficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word ProcessingGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseA team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibilitiesCustomer-oriented, with a focus on creating a holistic customer experience and a service-to-sales mindsetCandidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services OfficerWe Offer :
