Administrative Assistant / General Cashier

- Provide administrative support to Financial Controller and responsible for take up General Cashier role.
- Handle cash transactions, prepare cash change and deposit cash into bank.
- Prepare Receipt Remittance Control Ledger for all cash and checks received.
- Perform physical count of petty cash fund and verify the balance agree with book amount.
- Responsible for coordinate / apply all kinds of Hotel / Food & Beverage licenses.
- Handle daily administrative works for Finance Department and perform other duties as assigned by Financial Controller.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent qualification; 2 years related work experience is preferred.Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player and able to work in a dynamic environment. 为此搜索创建职位提醒
