  • Responsibilities :
  • Lead a team of network architects and engineers to manage and operate the organization's IT network and security infrastructure across both IT and OT environments. Ensure network architecture aligns with internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Define and drive the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for IT network technologies and services.
  • Establish a robust operations model aimed at achieving ultra-high availability targets (e.g. Five 9s - 99.999%). Ensure critical IT network services are consistently available to minimize disruptions to customer-facing systems or internal services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align service level objectives (SLOs / SLAs). Set expectations across departments and project teams to ensure transparency and enable effective planning.
  • Promote a results-oriented culture within the team by defining clear KPIs and measuring delivery and performance against them.
  • Re-engineer network operations processes. Drive automation in provisioning and management to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce manual workload for routine and project-related tasks.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Encourage team members to propose new ideas, learn from setbacks, and continuously refine approaches in both projects and daily operations.
  • Develop the team's technical capabilities. Provide learning opportunities and support growth to ensure a strong in-house team capable of managing both emerging technologies and routine operations with reduced dependency on external vendors.
  • Requirements :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing enterprise-level IT network and security operations.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills and experience transitioning from traditional networking to cloud-based or cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven experience in operating high-availability network infrastructure with proactive monitoring and automated remediation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP / IP, Ethernet, MPLS, BGP, multicast, and network virtualization.
  • Experience with cloud networking, including integration with major cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud) and services such as ExpressRoute, FastConnect, and multi-cloud connectivity.
  • Solid understanding of network security best practices, including the use of firewalls, VPNs, IPS, anti-DDoS solutions, and encryption technologies.
  • CCIE or equivalent certification in Routing & Switching or Data Center is a plus.
