- Responsibilities : Assist the Manager in facilities management for the office and building premises :
Liaise between tenants, landlord and contractors for planned maintenance.
Hande in-house security matters including access right & card registration, CCTV.Monitoring the service performance of contractors (security & housekeeping, etc)Assist in procurement and tendering23-33K. 5-day. Medical. BonusRequirements
Tertiary educated preferably in Property (Facilities) Management / Business Administration3-8 years experience in property / facilities management gained with sizable companiesGood experience in :Handling tender and managing vendors
Property security (CCTV, access control, security guard patrol)Property cleaningRelevant experience in renovation / relocation project would be an advantageGood communication skillsGood command of Chinese, English
