HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE

Temporary Officer Account Service ()

The Office is looking for a suitable candidate to provide administrative support to various human resources functions including account servicing recruitment appointment review and benefits administration with details as follows.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle from pre-onboarding contract management staff movement to off-boarding processes;
  • Assist with recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR System and filing;
  • Handle employees enquiries on HR operations;and
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance HR delivery services efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

  • A bachelors degree preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 1-3 years work experience in an HR administrativeandsupportive role;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be attentive to detail;
  • Independent proactive and customer oriented;
  • Good team player and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities; and
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
  • Suitable candidates will be invited to a written test. Fresh graduates or less experienced candidates may be considered for Temporary Assistant Officer position.

    The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract of6 months.

    Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
