The Opportunity

• Supervise Technicians / Contractors to implement repair & maintenance works in the office.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on fit-out projects, including monitoring progress and supervising service providers to ensure tasks are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
• Evaluate vendors' performance and assist with contract negotiation and renewal.
• Support external / internal office inspections and audits.
• Provide support for workplace planning. Compile, analyze, and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist with budget planning & forecasts for facility related expenses.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
