职位描述Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, with 5 years of relevant working experience Experience in system OS administration (e.g., Windows, Linux) Experience in managing virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Experience in managing public cloud environments (eg., AWS, Azure, OCI) Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator) are a plus Experience in migration projects involving system OS and virtualization platforms Practical experience managing and supporting virtualization and backup solutions Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration is a plus Experience with DevOps automation is a plus Ability to prioritize and self-manage varied workloads against agreed deadlines Understanding of ITIL Framework and Change processes Good command of oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and automated processes to maintain operating systems at optimal performance
- Manage and monitor virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to ensure high availability and performance
- Manage and monitor cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, OCI) to ensure high availability and performance
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability
- Maintain documentation for system operations and administration
- Configure and manage system OS, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions to meet company needs
- Stay current with system OS, virtualization, and backup technologies, including changes, updates, and best practices
- Handle system OS and virtualization platform migrations
- Provide deployment support and fixes for system OS, virtualization, and backup configurations
- Troubleshoot system OS, virtualization, and backup issues, working in collaboration with other IT teams and vendor support for quick and effective resolution
- Work with vendors for project delivery and support
