Human Resources & Administration Manager in HK
Responsibilities
Manage HR and administrative affairs, including recruitment, performance management, corporate culture, training and development, employee relations, organizing event and administrative execution.
Recruitment and Talent Channel :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for the Hong Kong office and other regions.
- Build talent pipelines to support the company’s growth objectives, especially in sales and operations.
Performance Management :
Design and implement performance management systems.Provide guidance and support to GM on performance review, goal setting, and employee development programs.Employee Relations management and Compliance :
Deal with HR issues for HK and other regions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and regulations, as well as regional requirements in Shenzhen, Mainland and Southeast Asia.HR Operations :
Oversee payroll, benefits, administration, and other HR operational activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.Talent reserve program.Qualifications
More than 5 years of HR experience,of which at least 3 years of management experience in medium-sized Chineses companies.Extensive HR managerial experience in multinational corporations. Experience working in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, with a strong understanding of regional labor laws and cultural differences.Well-organized, careful, excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.-Full support for theSupport for the development of the sales business team and the sustainable growth of the company.
