Human Resources & Administration Manager in HK

Responsibilities

Manage HR and administrative affairs, including recruitment, performance management, corporate culture, training and development, employee relations, organizing event and administrative execution.

Recruitment and Talent Channel :

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for the Hong Kong office and other regions.
  • Build talent pipelines to support the company’s growth objectives, especially in sales and operations.

Performance Management :

  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to GM on performance review, goal setting, and employee development programs.
  • Employee Relations management and Compliance :

  • Deal with HR issues for HK and other regions, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and regulations, as well as regional requirements in Shenzhen, Mainland and Southeast Asia.
  • HR Operations :

  • Oversee payroll, benefits, administration, and other HR operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
  • Talent reserve program.
  • Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of HR experience,of which at least 3 years of management experience in medium-sized Chineses companies.
  • Extensive HR managerial experience in multinational corporations. Experience working in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, with a strong understanding of regional labor laws and cultural differences.
  • Well-organized, careful, excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.-Full support for the
