Role Purpose
- Monitor all aspects of HK station performance include OTP, guest experience, service provider performance, regulation compliance;
- Review daily HK station performance, handle discrepancy and complaint, follow up on case investigation and rectification;
- Ensure all Ground Operation activities are adhering to the company Quality, Safety and Security Standard;
- Conduct analysis on station performance, work on an improvement plan when necessary;
- Work closely with Airport Operations Support Section to maintain operation integrity;
- Occasionally work for Airport Operations Support Section when required;
- Monitor and assist Hong Kong GHA in disruption handling;
- Drive and participate all new project / initiative, roll out new product and continuously improve in overall passenger experience;
- Ensure all Ground Operations activities adhere to the policies and procedures for Ramp Services, Baggage Services, Weight and Balance, Passenger in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of HKE;
- Shift working and overnight duties are required.
