We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Imaging System Support Specialist to join our team for a large-scale project involving the migration of laptops for 1000 users within our office environment. As an Imaging System Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in this project by ensuring the seamless transition to new laptops, coordinating project tasks, installing imaging systems, and providing user training.
Key Responsibilities :
- Unpack and set up new laptops for 1000 users in the office environment.
- Install and configure imaging systems on the new laptops to ensure uniformity and efficiency across all devices.
- Serve as a project coordinator, liaising with various teams to ensure timely and successful completion of the laptop migration project.
- Provide training to end users on how to use the new laptops and imaging systems effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the imaging systems and laptops.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
