Job description

Business Analyst

Your role

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Conduct analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

Work closely with development teams to ensure that the technical solutions align with the business requirements

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables

Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that the implemented solution meets the business needs

Provide support and training to end-users on new systems or enhancements

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

To succeed in this role

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese

Microsoft Office Suite

Business analyst and project management skills

3 – 5 years working experience

12 months contract
