Business System Analyst

This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

The Business System Analyst will collaborate with various departments and vendors to support system routines and implement projects, specialising in finance-related, to bring out operation insight and identify process improvement opportunities to achieve operation excellence.

You will be responsible for :

facilitating communication and collaboration between users, IT teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery;

conducting a thorough analysis of business and system flows to identify opportunities for improvement with documentation;

participating in cross-team development to ensure interfaces and system integrations are up to standard;

working with the infrastructure team to ensure the systems and applications are running with the expected environment setup;

liaising with external service providers to ensure the applications and operations comply with IT policies and standards;

participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption; and

providing training and routine support on systems and processes to end users.

You should :

possess a recognised degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent;

have at least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst or in a similar role;

have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS 12.2+;

have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;

have solid understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles;

have proven vendor management experience with good relationships;

have knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL, or database procedures and packages is strongly preferred;

proven team player with a mature and positive attitude; and

be proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
